What we collect
When you enquire, you may share your name, email, optional phone number and event details. Please share only what is needed to discuss your event. We do not request payment details through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to respond, discuss your catering needs and prepare a quote. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Where your enquiry goes
When online sending is enabled, the form uses Web3Forms to deliver your enquiry to Acosta’s business email inbox. This means Web3Forms processes the information you submit; its privacy policy explains its handling of data. The spam check is provided through hCaptcha, whose privacy policy also applies when that check is loaded. These providers may process information outside Australia.
If you use “Open email draft”, the details are placed in your email app for you to review and send. No enquiry is sent until you send that email yourself.
Your device and other links
This site does not use advertising trackers or store your form answers in browser storage. Hosting providers may process standard connection information to serve the site. Following a social link takes you to that platform, which has its own privacy practices.
